Hi! I wanted to give you my first review for the leggings. This is the first day I've worn them. They are soooo weird! I love them! I wore them the next day after doing a heavy leg day, so my legs were kind of sore to begin with. I could notice immediately after wearing them for around a half hour, the extra resistance actually does work. I like it. It's just enough to add a little extra. I wore these for a total of 5 hours today. I lifted weights in them, trained a client, taught a hiit class and a Zumba class.
