If you are between sizes - we recommend choosing the size that will best fit your waist measurement.
The fit should feel snug, but comfortable. You should feel resistance when straightening your leg. They may feel tight at first but will ease and stretch after the first wear.

Hi! I wanted to give you my first review for the leggings. This is the first day I've worn them. They are soooo weird! I love them! I wore them the next day after doing a heavy leg day, so my legs were kind of sore to begin with. I could notice immediately after wearing them for around a half hour, the extra resistance actually does work. I like it. It's just enough to add a little extra. I wore these for a total of 5 hours today. I lifted weights in them, trained a client, taught a hiit class and a Zumba class. I was ready to take them off after that. 🤣 I was actually surprised at the fact that I was getting resistance in the calves and hamstrings as much as I did. I was expecting it to be more on the quads and outer thigh based on where the bands are placed. They also fit perfectly, and are actually surprisingly comfortable. I'll keep you updated as I try them out during different activities. Next one...spin class. 🤣
Great complement to my fitness routine. I actually felt the resistance. Not too much , just right where I can still do everything I need to. Love them and they are flattering .

I am 63 years old, 5’3”, 121#, wearing a size 4. I don’t have as much time to workout as I would like - these leggings help me get more than the most out of every workout, walk, housecleaning….you name it! You get a better bang for your buck. They are well made, soft, no pilling. Snug fit. Love, Love, Love these leggings!!
