We've taken the same principle of resistance training and applied it to this challenge. We hope to help you step out of your comfort zones, embrace risk, explore new opportunities and find your inner strength.
This entire challenge is so much more than just getting your steps in each day!
Join us each week for a new weekly sprints to help you challenge yourself further to push yourself forward in ALL aspects of your life. While the weekly sprints are not mandatory to participate in... You'll be challenged in ways you never thought possible and learn more about yourself with every week!

By the end up the 60 days, tally up your total mileage to calculate how far you've traveled!
At the end of the challenge we will have a party to celebrate all of our winners in each category.
How do we officially register and join?
Register for FREE up above. You will then receive your official challenge packet with your pledge card & instructions on how to join our private Facebook Group (where the challenge is hosted). And lastly, post your pledge card & introduce yourself to the group!
How much does it cost to join
It's completely FREE to join!
After you register, you will have the opportunity to get a FREE Sweetflexx tank top with the purchase of any pair of resistance leggings (while supplies last). However, purchase is not mandatory to participate.
What happens if I miss my goal?
We are not striving for perfection. If you miss a day, keep moving forward! The biggest success here will be not giving up and sticking with a goal for 60 days!
What if I can't print the calendar & pledge card?
There are several solutions! You can write on it digitally using your phone. Or you don't have to use the official calendar included in this packet to participate. Simply grab a notepad & mark down your daily steps.
The goal is to keep track & share your calendar with the group to help us all stay accountable!
Do I have to post every day?
We understand that life gets busy! Show up & share your stories when you can. Just remember that you get what you give in life. So the more involved you can be, the more value you will receive.
Do we have to post our calendar in the group every day?
We know life gets busy… but we definitely recommend checking in and sharing your progress as often as you can!
But at least make sure to check the weekly roll call posted to the group to post a picture of your calendar to be eligible for prizes!
