Meet Sara Watchers, a mother balancing health, family, and resilience while living with a rare neurological disorder.
Sarah was diagnosed with a neurological disorder that causes spasticity, fatigue, and loss of balance, often requiring assistive devices and frequent surgeries. Movement isn’t guaranteed, but that doesn’t stop her.
As a mom, she’s intentional with every step, knowing that when movement is limited, it matters more. She teaches her daughters that strength isn’t about speed or ease, but about pushing forward when faced with resistance.

“I was skeptical like so many others but their motto to “Make every step count” not only hit home but held true...Far beyond the diagnoses that I carry, I am a busy mama and spend my days running after my sweet girls; I would not have it any other way but it does present unique challenges that I must address in order to make the most of my time. These leggings were not just an investment but a way to truly make the most of my days and show my girls that I am doing something to take care of me.
They have given me a newfound confidence that I did not have before; getting dressed- something simple I do every day anyway, has turned into a daily routine where I show myself that I am worthy of doing something good for me, physically and emotionally. But what they have shown me is the importance of showing up for myself; Sweetflexx, both the leggings and the community I found within, teaches me more every day about the different ways to feel good.
There will always be things that do not come easily to me; however, with the community, encouragement and physical benefits of the leggings I chose to take a chance on, my life is better.”

Sarah’s story is a reminder that resistance doesn’t mean stop, it means adapt. She shows us that strength is built by showing up, again and again, in whatever way you can. If she can find ways to keep moving forward, so can we. Our resistance leggings are designed to support that journey, helping every step count.
