Lab-tested & proven

Our innovative resistance band technology was independently tested by the John Pierce Laboratory for Metabolic Testing and Performance, at Yale University. The study included a group of men and women, aged 18 to 35, with various active levels. Each participant completed two 30-minute treadmill walks on separate days—one session wearing Sweetflexx leggings and one with a control. Findings revealed that Sweetflexx leggings consistently increased energy expenditure compared to standard leggings during 30 minutes of walking.

A Deeper Look

Our ongoing study has begun to look at the effects of wearing Sweetflexx outside the confines of the laboratory for extended periods of time and measuring participants BMI using state-of-the-art equipment (BodPod). We compare and contrast these results to participants wearing normal activewear.
