Iceland: Part Two – Glacier Blues and Quiet Moments.

Iceland: Part Two – Glacier Blues and Quiet Moments.

In Part One of our Iceland series, we explored the dramatic waterfalls of Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss, wandered the black sands of Reynisfjara, and road-tripped through landscapes that felt completely unreal. All that wind, color, and chaos set the tone for our fall palette — especially the warm volcanic tones that inspired Hot Chocolate.

Now, we’re taking you somewhere completely different...

Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon was the calm after all the adventure — a peaceful stretch of drifting icebergs, soft mist, and endless shades of gray and blue. The moment we arrived, we immediately saw the inspiration behind Vapor Gray everywhere. The fog rolling off the glacier, the matte textures in the ice, the muted tones reflected on the water… it was Vapor Gray in its purest form.

Even the behind-the-scenes moments carried a different kind of energy — slower, more intentional, filled with pauses where our team just stood and took it all in. It was the kind of place that resets your brain and reminds you why we create the way we do.

Iceland continues to provide inspiration for us. Its contrast — warm and cold, calm and wild, soft and strong — mirrors exactly what Sweetflexx is built on: embracing resistance and finding beauty in the moments that aren’t always easy.

Should we make a part three?

Stay tuned — more adventures and inspiration coming soon.
