I love the way these fit and feel; most of all , I feel productive in wearing them and knowing that I am getting an extra workout!!!! Will be getting more colors when I can catch them ❤️❤️❤️
Love the concept of this while the shorts underneath it great the overlay shorts should be a little bit looser they did not fit smoothly and needed a bit of adjustment to fall correctly
I purchased capris, one with bands in the front and one with bands in the back. I switch them out daily for my walks and they definitely add something extra to the workout. Would buy again!
First of all, I love their customer service. I had ordered the wrong size and only got front leg resistance when I had meant to get full resistance. Within a day they had sent me the instructions to send my leggings back and then they sent a new order of the exact ones that I wanted in the correct size. It all happened so easily.
Once they arrived, I could not get over how comfortable they are. You can feel the resistance bands working. Even just doing your normal daily routine. I have not yet warned them to work out in, but I'm looking forward to it. Great product and I'm looking forward to getting more!
After first use I found they are a little short for my frame and ride down as I move but I am hoping if I drop a few pounds that I am working on they will fit better.
I was hesitant when I ordered these, worried they might just be a fad. However as someone who works out 6-7 times a week I can say that they definitely upped my workout game. I’m sweating more and my legs, especially my quads feel ‘weak’ when I’m done…I can tell I’m engaging my legs a lot more. I mainly do step bench (I’m a 90’s girl), hiking and treadmill workouts.
OMG - these are great. Very comfortable and light. But I felt the difference in my thighs and glutes the next morning. Ordered Capris but will go for full length for the cooler weather.
Really feel the difference especially after a few days!

Have four pairs of Sweetflexx leggings. Fit is perfect using the size guideline. Customer Service is very prompt! I will be purchasing more colors.
I am a yoga teacher with a history of fibromyalgia and joint pain. I feel like the compression and resistance in these leggings is a constant relief. I’m a huge fan.

Love these leggings. The bands do enough work that after a day of wearing them doing errands, my legs feel like I did some exercise. The pockets work well and the material quality is nice; lasts for many washes.

True to size. Compression felt good when working out. Wore them all day. Very comfortable.
I was so excited to get these resistance band leggings in navy blue. I put them on and they fit well, but my only issue is they do not have pockets. The pictures I saw led me to believe they would have pockets, but these do not. If pockets are important to you check description carefully I would buy them again, but only if they had pockets.
I love these work out pants. They feel so good on and I feel them working.
I love these! They are buttery soft and comfy. I find myself to be more active in these just because the resistance bands make we want to move more. I can tell they work because I notice I fatigue faster when I'm wearing them.
Being on a Glp1 comes with muscle loss. Wearing these leggings each day on my woods walks is one tool to keeping me strong. Also my tush has never looked so good. The burgundy color is as pictured and POCKETS!

I just purchased my third pair- this time capris. I ordered a medium. I am 5’5” and 124lbs and they fit me perfectly. I wear them for exercising and daily errands. They can be styled up or down easily. Highly recommend this brand- they do not disappoint.
