I have been wearing these leggings for a little over a year and a half. Within the first few months, I knew that my legs were stronger and they were helping me get leaner. I wear them almost every day because I love that I am burning calories and strengthening my legs just by doing my everyday things. I also appreciate the support they offer my knees! I recently looked at the back of my legs in the mirror, and they are so much more toned and firm now! The capris are perfect for the warmer weather. The pockets are dreamy! Their placement is perfect and they are a great size. The high-rise waist helps my stomach to look and feel tucked in, which makes me feel more confident! My clothes look smoother on my middle when I wear these leggings. I recently wore them on a trip to a city with an underground subway system. I could really feel the resistance while I was going up the subway stairs. I loved that! And I love these leggings!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but decided to give the leggings a try. From the minute I put them on I could tell they were high quality and you feel the resistance immediately. Even if you don’t work out, like me, I believe you will get some benefits from wearing them around the house or for walks and light activity.

Sweet flex Leggings in my opinion is not like regular activewear workout leggings. It’s a premium activewear providing resistance every time you move. The leggings are very comfortable fitting plus breathable. I love the extra burn and toning while walking or running.

Have been using Sweetflex for two years. Love the strength and tone I have gained. In addition I play a lot of Pickleball and I like the added support it gives my knees when shifting from side to side.

I'm a senior citizen and the thought of burning more calories while moving was motivating. I now own five pair of these leggings two at the front band only and two of the front and back band. They are so soft and super comfortable, but you can tell they’re actually doing something when you wear them. I like to wear them when I do the rebounder!

These are the best leggings! I wear these for my morning walks with the dog and you can definitely feel the difference that resistance gives. They are comfortable and give an extra little push to your workout. True to size as well!

I was a little skeptic when ordering these resistance leggings wondering if they really make a difference when working out. They fit great and are very comfortable. I can tell the difference from my regular leggings and the resistance leggings because there is a resistance difference when I'm working out in them.

I was skeptical, but I could feel the difference while wearing these. Be careful, though. I often try to push myself a little during each of my workouts, increasing weight or number of reps. I did that while also wearing my Sweet flex for the first time during a workout. My legs felt it the next day!

I love these! I wear them when I work out and I love the support I get from them. You won’t regret your purchase!!

Comfortable fit, nice fabric! Purchased capris with and without pockets…pockets are a bit small so I would opt for without on my next order. Good resistance without being too tight…I went up a size as recommended by other reviews and it was a good choice! Looking forward to ordering more!

These leggings are super comfortable, look great, and, come in lots of colors. If they really double the distance I walk, I’m going to be back to my summer size in no time!

I have ordered several pars of the full flex with and without pockets. They are great to wear under scrubs at work for both warmth and a little resistance throughout the day when I don’t have time for a workout, and for times when I want a little extra on the bike.
