I really wanted this dress to work; alas, I am not built for it. I have broad shoulders and narrow hips, so I had to buy to fit my hips, so the resistance would work. This left the upper half of the dress stretched to cover me. I cannot wear this dress without wearing a tank/tee on top. It looks a little awkward on me if I do not add the extra clothing. As a result, I feel that this dress is definitely not worth the money I paid for it. As of this writing, and a few weeks after the purchase of the dress, Sweetflex released their resistance shorts. That I feel would have been worth my money. I am glad the dress has worked for others; I, however, am not a happy recipient of this blessing. I do own other products that I am happy with, though.
These capris are the best. I live in them all summer. I love, love, love the pockets. They fit my phone perfectly. The pants keep their resistance even after numerous washings, and that is a big plus for me. I have 4 pairs of the black. I’ve tried other brands, and these are far more comfortable and effective. . I also appreciate the high waist — keeping me supported.
I am really loving these leggings. I only gave 4 stars because I have not had them long enough to really see if they are improving muscle tone, however they do feel like they could be working. I do love the look and fit.
I love these leggings. I wear them as part of commute which includes 2-4 miles of walking/day. And any other walking. I could feel the resistance right away! My legs are stronger right off the bat! Will likely get another pair. And the new full flex shorts. The sizing chart is pretty accurate, so measure yourself and order accordingly.
Love my Sweetflexx leggings! I have been using every night consistently for 10 months. My thighs and bottom are firmer. My abdomen looks better with my mom belly having gone away. I don’t see the cellulite like I did before on my bottom. I even bought some as gifts for mom and sister. They love too.
My only suggestion is more colors in the capris and shorts besides black and navy. The booty band option has more colors.
Love the fit and comfort - they are so soft and give a full on leg day workout feel! I will be getting more.
I wear for my walks and when doing yard work. They are so comfortable and as soon as I take them off it feels like a did a full on leg workout.
These are perfect for hotter weather! Wore them on vacation under shorts to make sure I got an extra boost form walking around!
I absolutely love these two items that I have purchased, I can truly feel a different with the resistance built into the material. I wear these out walking for extra calorie burn and tightening of my thighs.

I bought these after seeing them on instagram. I was unsure if the size to buy but ended up going with my normal jeans size based on the size guide. They are tight, but need to be to do their job I believe. I love them in the black, will purchase another in the navy blue! I’m 5’7 133 lbs and purchased a size 4. I can really feel the resistance when doing Pilates.
I have gotten rid of all my other leggings and only wear these. I hate “exercise” but enjoy the passive workout I get just from wearing these leggings while I’m just doing my day-to-day activities. They are truly amazing.
I ordered 3 pair and am very happy with the resistance leggings. My workouts are more intense and even walking can feel like a workout. Definitely recommend!
The capris are the same material as the leggings which are nice and comfortable. The light leggings in the back, gives just enough support and resistance for nice walks. Going to buy the high resistance l Capri to go with these as well.
I'm a skeptic when it comes to companies touting toning and calorie burning products, but boy, do these work as advertised! I'm a 66 year old woman who has worked out for decades but the ravages of age have hit a bit, so I'm not as toned as I used to be. I decided to give these leggings a try and I've noticed I'm burning more calories in my workouts. I have somewhat bad knees that make stairs a bit of a challenge; however, with the support in these leggings, I have no trouble going up or down stairs--this is a game-changer for me! I've only been wearing them for a short time so it's too soon to say how toned I will be, but I am pretty sure I'm going to be pleasantly surprised.
These leggings have made such a positive impact on my workouts! The resistance is just enough and I can feel the difference. These would be awesome in a shorts version, too!

The fabric was more tight, and no pockets, and only front bands. Now these new leggings are so much better. I teach yoga and I love the resistance bands and they enhance my class workout. I prefer yoga pants without a strong seam in the front, as this brings too much attention and inhibits the use of some of my shorter yoga tshirts.
These capris are true to size and the material feels light for warmer weather. You can’t really see the bands but you do feel them. Perfect for my walks.
