GREAT ATHLETIC WEAR FOR ALL ACTIVITIES!
I bought these after seeing them on instagram. I was unsure if the size to buy but ended up going with my normal jeans size based on the size guide. They are tight, but need to be to do their job I believe. I love them in the black, will purchase another in the navy blue! I’m 5’7 133 lbs and purchased a size 4. I can really feel the resistance when doing Pilates.
I have gotten rid of all my other leggings and only wear these. I hate “exercise” but enjoy the passive workout I get just from wearing these leggings while I’m just doing my day-to-day activities. They are truly amazing.
I ordered 3 pair and am very happy with the resistance leggings. My workouts are more intense and even walking can feel like a workout. Definitely recommend!
The capris are the same material as the leggings which are nice and comfortable. The light leggings in the back, gives just enough support and resistance for nice walks. Going to buy the high resistance l Capri to go with these as well.
I'm a skeptic when it comes to companies touting toning and calorie burning products, but boy, do these work as advertised! I'm a 66 year old woman who has worked out for decades but the ravages of age have hit a bit, so I'm not as toned as I used to be. I decided to give these leggings a try and I've noticed I'm burning more calories in my workouts. I have somewhat bad knees that make stairs a bit of a challenge; however, with the support in these leggings, I have no trouble going up or down stairs--this is a game-changer for me! I've only been wearing them for a short time so it's too soon to say how toned I will be, but I am pretty sure I'm going to be pleasantly surprised.
These leggings have made such a positive impact on my workouts! The resistance is just enough and I can feel the difference. These would be awesome in a shorts version, too!

You guys have really stepped it up! These are great and I plan to acquire more. I bought one of your very first pair when you first opened online. The fabric was more tight, and no pockets, and only front bands. Now these new leggings are so much better. I am training for a marathon, play soccer, and beach volleyball, and wear these all the time. Thank you for supporting me in achieving my wellness and injury protection!
I teach yoga and I love the resistance bands and they enhance my class workout. I prefer yoga pants without a strong seam in the front, as this brings too much attention and inhibits the use of some of my shorter yoga tshirts.
These capris are true to size and the material feels light for warmer weather. You can’t really see the bands but you do feel them. Perfect for my walks.
I ordered the full flex tights with pockets. I am not usually someone who wears tights but wanted to see how these would work. I was surprised by the quality of the tights, and they fit as expected based on measurements. I am short but found I can fold up the cuffs at the bottom without them looking too long or obviously folded. After one full day of wearing the tights during my normal daily tasks I was surprised again to feel the impact in my legs - not too much but noticeable. I definitely plan to buy more.

I normally wear a size small in sports bras, this one was way too small. Too bad because it's really pretty and well-made.
I'm not sure if my legs are getting more of a workout, but I do find the leggings very comfortable. They look nice also.

I do a lot of walking 10-12 hours shift. Definitely notice a difference in my legs just wearing them for 3 weeks
I was skeptical when ordering….but holy moly I’m so happy I did. I have told all my friends and colleagues about my leggings. These are hands down the best I have ever worn. I love the resistance bands and overall compression. I will definitely be purchasing another pair soon.
Pants are really good. The bra is a bit small.
I used the fit guide to measure and I’m sure glad I did. The fit is perfect. I followed the how to wear guide card enclosed and had no difficulty putting them on. First I did a 5.7 mile walk in them. And I certainly felt like I worked out more. Really feel the bands supporting the buttocks and thighs which is exactly where I want it. I washed them and hung to dry and they had no shrinkage or other issues. Next I took my mat Pilates class and really felt tight and supported. The waistband stayed put and there was no see through. Would definitely purchase other products. Especially with the booty support bands. So happy with the product. Customer service is friendly and responsive as well. Shipping was quick!!
