The Capri leggings are very comfortable. I purchased a size 12, however, I bought size 10 in the Navy blue leggings and these fit so much better. I'm 5'2" and 150lbs. The material is soft and snug. I love the resistance bands inside the leggings. They provide some support around my knees when working out and walking. I do not feel like I am burning calories. I am thrilled to see results.
