I started as a size 12 in August of 2024, I am now current in a size 8 June 2025. Not even a full year! I do wear them daily and have a range of sizes now. I will say I think consistency really helps
Holy moly. I fully admit I wasn't sure if I would like the skirt when I received it. I, in fact, love the skirt. I was so impressed with how well the resistance band stayed on the skirt. It was comfortable for a full day of wear. I am a school teacher and wore it all day . I told absolutely everyone about my skirt. It was a 10/10 for me.
What an awesome idea! Great resistance training all day working 360 degree muscle groups! Comfortable enough to wear all day and super cute. Washed and dried in the dryer and the skirt still looks perfect. You can take off the band if u want to wear it alone. If anything the velcro attachment can start to fray with putting the band on and off. Also the sewing at the hem isn”t very strong. I would still get it again
