These seem like a good quality legging and I hope they hold up over time. I didn't feel anything when I wore them for a walk and errands so I thought it was just hype but then I went for a run and my legs felt more sore than usual. The difference isn’t drastic, at least not for me, but every little bit helps.
I really do notice a difference when I take my daily walk with the dogs. I love the pockets to hold my phone. I do wish they were a little longer on me for the colder months. I am 5’3, 127lbs, fit….I stuck with my standard size 4 in the Full-Flexx. I know some reviewers say to size up I didn’t think it was necessary.
I really feel a difference when wearing them. Had to go one up in size. The hold you in and you feel your muscles working! Highly recommend them
Love these work out leggings. The pockets make a huge difference for outdoors. The fabric is soft and easy care. I feel the effects of the resistance bands during my daily walks, especially on the up hill side. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable workout gear!

Absolutely love my new Sweetflexx leggings. The colors are vibrant and the material is soft and buttery. The Full Flex leggings with resistance bands on both sides give my legs a good workout and I can already feel that my legs are getting toner. I highly recommend and will definitely be getting another pair!
I really like these capri leggings. I haven’t had them long enough to say if they are working to tone my legs and booty but I’ll try to update my review. But they are a quality legging. The capri length is great for me. I’m 5’ 2 1/2” tall for reference and they hit me on my upper calf. They are made really well and they look good, too. You get what you pay for! And I love that they have pockets!!!
Leggings are comfortable and bands don’t stand out. Sizing is accurate.

I love these leggings. I’ve lost some weight and have saggy skin on my legs. These are helping me tone up. I also wear them to workout and enjoy the extra support.

These leggings are SOOOO comfortable while giving your backside, hamstrings and calves a little lift and compression. I absolutely LOVE these, even more than the original resistance leggings (with the resistance bands in the front). I have 5 pairs of them, but will surely get 4 more pairs of the Booty Band leggings! I love the feel of them but for me I feel a 4 is too small and a 6 is a little big. But other than that they are a great legging
I love these leggings. They are my go-to for when I wear leggings. I recently purchased the pairs with pockets and resistance bands on the back and front. I was a little worried that they might slide down, but they have been fantastic! No issues at all, and super comfy like all my other pairs. I feel like my legs do an extra bit of work when I wear them, and I can’t wait to wear them for an upcoming 5k! Highly recommend and will keep buying them!

Leggings fit true to size and are very well made. Wore them while taking a walk and were very comfortable but could definitely feel the bands doing what they’re supposed do.
I definitely had my reservations of how well that these pants would work in giving you a workout by just walking but, to my surprise, they really do! I love the way they fit and feel and they really do give you resistance when walking or working out I will definitely continue to buy these leggings.

This is my second purchase for these Resistance Leggings and I absolutely love them. You can actually feel the resistance bands working as you walk. These are not fake like some other brands out there for sale. I would highly recommend these resistance leggings.
