    A long time ago Sketchers had pants with resistance bands built in and I bought a pair and loved them. I grew out of them and by then, they stopped making them. Flash forward to the present day and I saw an ad for Sweetflexx pants. I was hesitant on ordering, but I did. I bought 3 pairs and as nervous as I was trying them on, I was super happy and glad I did. I used the size chart, and it was pretty much spot on for me.
    The fabric is soft, the colors are beautiful, and they fit great. I wore a pair out the other day to the store and they were so comfortable! Definitely recommend these if you're looking for a little extra leg work out without the pain and sweat involved while being cute and comfy.

    I have worn these a few times so far. The material is soft and comfortable. I can defiantly tell a difference when wearing them at the gym.

    Good compression + light resistance

    I was suspicious purchasing these leggings because of prior experiences with misleading marketing information. I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of these leggings to be high and the location of the resistance bands to be quite comfortable! (I have a knee injury so was worried about placement of the bands and questioned if they really worked). Jury is still out on if I get any results from the bands themselves but I can tell there is the light resistance and I feel supported as I increase my walking as a means of exercise. Recommend!
